These terms govern use of Dayside (the embedded website agent and Workspace, operated by the rtrvr.ai team). By installing Dayside on a site you confirm you’re authorized to act for that site.
Your site, your rules
You control what Dayside may do on your site: allowed domains, actions, policies, and whether AI agents may transact. You remain the merchant of record for all sales; Dayside orchestrates but never takes title to your transactions.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Dayside to mislead visitors, to interact with sites you don’t control without permission, or to break the law. We may suspend service that harms the network’s integrity.
Billing
Paid plans bill via Stripe, monthly or annually per your plan. Monthly plans cancel anytime and run to period end; annual plans run their term. Credits reset each cycle and don’t roll over.
Service & liability
Dayside is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
