Privacy policy

Dayside (operated by the rtrvr.ai team) provides an embedded agent for websites. This policy covers dayside.ai and the Dayside service. The short version: site owners own their data, visitor sessions are isolated per site, and we never sell personal data.

What we collect

From site owners: account details (email, billing via Stripe — we never store card numbers) and site configuration. From visitors of Dayside-powered sites:the prompts and interactions needed to run the agent on that site, scoped to that site. Dayside session identity is separate from the host site’s identity and is never used as a cross-site tracker. From AI agents:declared identity headers, run inputs and outputs, kept for the site owner’s analytics and receipts.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal data. We don’t train foundation models on your site’s private data. Payment card data never transits Dayside or any AI model — checkout happens on the merchant’s own payment provider. Credential-shaped strings are redacted from run records by policy.

Retention & control

Site owners control their data in the Workspace: session logs, analytics, and memory can be reviewed and deleted there. Cloud run browser contexts are isolated per run and destroyed when it ends.
